We want to tell you about our dad. He began collecting die-cast cars about three years ago. It was mainly because of Kevin Harvick that he started collecting. His lucky number has always been 29 and his son is a huge Kevin Harvick fan, so it started with him. He was already a huge NASCAR® fan, but after seeing the detail of these collectables, he was hooked even more. He quickly learned that there are different levels of collecting which is what led him to RCCA® and their RCCA ELITE™ line of cars. Since he
is a Tennessee Squire, he is also a huge JACK DANIEL’S® fan and has followed Clint Bowyer and his No. 07 car for a few years. In fact a few of his No. 07 cars have been signed by Clint Bowyer, Gil Martin and Richard Childress. Those are truly one of a kind. As RCCA® releases different paint schemes and specials, it is apparent that he is definitely going to need more room. He does not sell his cars to other people. He has every car he ever bought. His total count (not including those he still has on order) is 418! This includes his most prized collectables—the 2005-2008 No. 07 White Gold and Platinum RCCA ELITE™ die-cast cars but, most of all, the 2007 Clint Bowyer JACK DANIEL’S® White Gold die-cast car Serial Number 00007. What he likes most about RCCA® is the feeling that you aren’t just purchasing a car, but a piece of history. One that has a past that connects you not only with your favorite driver, but with the drivers before him. RCCA® has created a wonderful community that gives us race fans a place to express our passion for all
things NASCAR®. He has met some great people by being involved with RCCA®. He visits several races a year, in fact, meeting some of the very people that he has met in the RCCA®
online community. In 2008, he has been to Lowe’s®, Talladega and Michigan and in the past, Fontana and Phoenix. Someday he hopes to make it to Daytona and the Bristol night race. |

I started collecting in 1987 and have been collecting ever since. I have
over 800 of the 1:24-scale die-cast cars. I have just about all of Dale Earnhardt’s cars that have been put out. I have not missed a race at Martinsville or Bristol for the past 35 years! My wife Shirley collects the 1:64-scale die-cast cars and together we have over 2,000 total! When Dale Earnhardt lost his life, I switched over to collecting Dale Earnhardt Jr. die-cast. RCCA® does a good job in detail and the paint scheme. I collect more than just die-cast—I have shirts, hats, knives, stand-ups and more! In one of my pictures you will see my loving companion, Cocoa!. |

I started collecting Jeff Gordon® in 1994. I can always be seen wearing Jeff Gordon®, my whole wardrobe is Jeff. In my collection, I have 869 die-cast cars. I collect all versions of Jeff’s cars. RCCA CLUB™, RCCA ELITE™, ACTION™, GM, Race Fans, etc. In my collection I have 10 24kt gold cars, five White Gold cars, four Platinum cars and four Autographed cars. I also have thousands of other collectables such as hoods, mounted tire pieces, sheet metal, trading cards and Sam Bass prints. A 16 ft. x 32 ft. room was added to my house just for the collection. All the display cases were made by my husband and are dust proof. I’m a season ticket holder to Bristol. Daytona and Lowe’s®. I also go to Martinsville, Dover and Richmond. I attend eight to 10 races in a season. My entire collection, in my will, is to be left to The Jeff Gordon Foundation. |
