How do I place orders for product?
There are two methods for placing orders.

customer service agents. Our call center hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST Monday
thru Friday.
• Shop online at our website,

Is RCCA® product available at the racetracks?
Yes. In some instances RCCA® product is available at select trackside
souvenir rigs. Please show your membership card to ensure your transactions are
posted to your membership account.
Is product in stock and ready to ship immediately?
The majority of RCCA® product is offered on a pre-order basis. As programs
and paint schemes are announced, we offer them to our members. In many cases,
the die-cast, novelty and apparel items are in process when the announcement is
made and will be delivered on or before the paint scheme is raced on track.
Is new product only available on the first of the month from the RCCA®
catalog?
No. New product may be made available at any time. The catalog requires as
much as six weeks lead time to produce and only contains highlights of new
products that are available. For our full selection, be sure to check out the
online electronic catalog and store at www.rccamembers.com frequently or contact
our customer service agents.
When is the RCCA® catalog mailed?
RCCA® strives to have the catalog in the mail 5-7 days prior to the first
of each month; however, with approvals and late changes, catalogs may ship after
the first of the month. We also make efforts to load an electronic format online
at www.rccamembers.com within the first 3 days of the month.
What makes RCCA® die-cast different?
The RCCA ELITE™ die-cast feature the highest level of detail of any
die-cast produced by MOTORSPORTS AUTHENTICS®. Each die-cast is made from over
200 pieces, including hood and trunk hinges, hood, trunk and roof tethers,
manufacturer specific engine details, a working suspension and an authentic
driver cockpit. RCCA ELITE™ die-cast are produced in much more limited
production quantities and each piece is individually numbered with a DIN and has
an etched plaque on the chassis.
What is a raced win die-cast?
A raced win die-cast is a replica of the winning car at the end of the
race, typically in Victory Lane, and can have as much as a six (6) month
production cycle.
These die-cast are offered for pre-order the week after the race. We do
not produce all race wins, but selectively choose based on the driver,
significance of
the win and other factors.
What is the E-POINTS™ Program?
The E-POINTS™ Program is our customer rewards program that was launched in
2008. Members are awarded one (1) point for each dollar spent.
Members may also earn points for select specials or attendance at RCCA
ELITE™ events.
There are four levels of RCCA® membership.
RCCA ELITE™ – Annual points of less than 250 in a
calendar year.
RCCA ELITE™ Bronze – Annual points of 250 – 499 in a
calendar year.
RCCA ELITE™ Gold – Annual points of 500 – 999 in a
calendar year.
RCCA ELITE™ Platinum – Annual points of 1000 or more
in a calendar year.
Annual E-POINTS™ levels are reset to zero at the beginning of each new
calendar year. Members may also maintain a cumulative E-POINTS™ balance. If a
member falls to inactive status, all E-POINTS™ will be reset to zero. Benefits
may include, but are not limited to, access to limited production special finish
die-cast for your membership level (Bronze, Gold, and Platinum) and access to
exclusive RCCA ELITE™ Trackside events. See back of Welcome letter for

Besides die-cast, what other products are available thru RCCA®?
RCCA® is a business unit within MOTORSPORTS AUTHENTICS® and offers many of
the apparel and novelty items available trackside. We also work with various
partners to provide posters, prints, calendars and die-cast display cases to
RCCA® members.
What is the Value of the Day Program?
Each day of the week, RCCA® offers one or more daily specials. This could
be die-cast, novelty or apparel items that are in stock and available for
immediate
shipment. These items will be featured on the home page of our web store or you
may contact our customer service agents.
How do I submit my collection to be featured in the catalog and on the
website?
If you would like to share your collection, please send your pictures and
story to rccainfo@motorsports¬authentics.com. We ask that you include at least
one
picture of yourself with your collection. You will need to sign a release
document, which will be emailed and/or faxed to you if your collection is
chosen.
Are autographed products available thru RCCA®?
Yes. We do secure some autographed products, primarily die-cast. Each
autographed die-cast is usually accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The
numbers received can be very limited. If this is something that you are
interested in, please contact a customer service agent and ask to be added to
their
outbound call list.
What is Thunder?
RCCA® may offer four to six (4-6) driver paint schemes each month in White
Gold-plated and Copper-plated finishes. We will accept contingency orders for
these items for the entire month, beginning on the first. At the end of the
month, or when the die-cast are available for shipment, we will randomly select
the winners of the die-cast that are available from the contingency orders
received, charge the credit card on record that the order was secured with, and
ship the car. Customers may place only one (1) order per die-cast offered.
Duplicates will be eliminated.
What are E-POINTS™ Die-cast?
E-POINTS™ die-cast come in three special finishes, Platinum, Gold and
Bronze, and are offered to the membership based on a member’s current E-POINTS™
status. Typically, three (3) unique paint schemes will be selected and offered
per quarter in the E-POINTS™ finishes. Unlike Thunder die-cast which are lottery
based, E-POINTS™ die-cast will have preset production sizes and will be offered
on a first come first served basis. RCCA will set aside special dates and times
that E-POINTS™ die-cast are offered. Also unique to E-POINTS™ die-cast, no
matter what your status, purchases are limited to one (1) E-POINTS™ car per
call.
If you are eligible for and interested in a second or possibly a third
finish you must call back each time. Platinum finish cars are reserved for
Platinum
members. E-POINTS™ cars cannot be purchased online as they are sold only through
the call center.
Are there any other unique policies to any of the specials?
Yes. While it is the intention of RCCA® that products be sold to
individual collectors and not for purpose of resale, it is understandable that
from time to time
a collector may sell or trade some of their cars to update their collection with
new items. However, RCCA® strongly discourages the resale of Thunder,
E-POINTS™ or door numbered cars within the first ninety (90) days after
shipment. RCCA® will begin tracking these die-cast identification numbers in
2010. If
it is reported and confirmed that one of these cars has been re-sold within the
initial ninety (90) day time frame, the offending member may be prohibited
from participation in future Thunder, E-Point or door numbered car programs.
Does RCCA® sell my information to other unrelated companies for open
solicitation?
No. RCCA® uses your contact information to communicate new offerings to
members. We perform outbound call campaigns based on customer preferences
and previous purchasing habits in addition to monthly email campaigns.
Are there any publications that discuss die-cast values?
Beckett’s issues a quarterly magazine or you can visit their website,
www.beckett.com.
How do I pay for my purchases?
As the majority of RCCA® die-cast sales are pre-orders, payment is not due
until the product is available for shipment. We request payment information when
an order is placed and will accept credit cards, debit cards and pre-paid credit
cards. Credit cards accepted are; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover. Your card will not be charged until the product is available to be
shipped. If a credit card has insufficient funds, you will be notified and have
two (2)
business days to provide sufficient funds.
